Step 1: Register & Verify

We maintain a high-trust environment. Whether you’re buying or selling, our seamless onboarding ensures everyone on the platform is verified and real.

1. Create an Account

Sign up using your email, Google, or Apple account. Setup takes less than a minute.

2. Stripe Verification

To ensure a safe marketplace, we encourage all users to complete a quick ID verification through Stripe before listing items.

3. Link Payment Methods

All users need to link a credit card for easy checkout and a bank account to receive direct deposits.

Step 2: List or Find Materials

Sellers list excess inventory with photos, dimensions, and material details. Buyers search by category, condition, and distance from their job site or home.

Buyer Purchases

Buyer pays securely upfront via the platform. No cash, no awkward negotiation.

Funds Secured in Escrow

Money is held safely in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt. Both parties are protected.

Step 3: Inspect & Handshake

Our pickup-code release system protects both parties. The buyer knows their payment won't be released until they've seen the item in person. The seller knows the funds are secured and ready before they hand over the materials.

The Pickup Code

After paying, the buyer receives a secure 6-digit code. They meet the seller, inspect the materials, and if satisfied, they hand the code to the seller to release funds.

Step 4: Receive Funds Instantly

No waiting weeks for checks to clear. As soon as the transaction is marked complete, the money is on its way to your bank.

2. Funds Released

The pickup-code release system instantly releases the payment. The platform takes a small flat fee, and the rest goes to you.

Funds arrive in your linked bank account automatically, typically within 1–2 business days of release (first payouts may take slightly longer).
